2.2 Assistive and Advisory Nature
IMPORTANT: Our AI Services are provided as assistive and advisory tools to support your business operations. The outputs, predictions, recommendations, and insights generated by our AI systems are intended to inform your decision-making process, not to replace human judgment or professional expertise. You acknowledge and agree that:
•AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors or inaccuracies
•You are solely responsible for verifying, validating, and acting upon any recommendations or insights provided by our Services
•You should not rely exclusively on AI outputs for critical business decisions, financial transactions, legal matters, or compliance-related decisions without independent verification

•Use AI outputs to train competing AI models or services
•Claim ownership of AI outputs as your original work
5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIWAY.IN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
•Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
•Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
•Warranties that our Services will meet your specific requirements
•Warranties that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
•Warranties regarding third-party services or content accessed through our platform
5.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIWAY.IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
•Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
•Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
•Damages arising from your reliance on AI outputs or recommendations
•Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or User Data
•Damages arising from service interruptions, delays, or errors
5.3 Liability Cap
EXCEPT IN CASES OF GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR VIOLATIONS OF APPLICABLE LAW, AIWAY.IN’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO AIWAY.IN FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ₹10,000 (TEN THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES).
5.4 Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that these limitations are reasonable and necessary for aiway.in to offer Services at competitive pricing. If you do not accept these limitations, you must discontinue use of our Services.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
